IT Leader: With 22+ years in IT & Data Management I have held several leadership positions motivating teams of IT professionals. I led a Center of Excellence (COE) and have driven Data Governance frameworks and product success.

Speaker: As the winner of 10 awards at Area and Division Level of Toastmaster's International contests I believe in the power of communication. I have been the Host of the highly ranked podcast - A 5 min shot of Motivation & Positivity~ The Yay Learner Podcast I am also a TedX Speaker.

Author: I am the author of the multicultural children's fiction book, Every Sparrow was Made to Fly. #EverySparrowWasMadeToFly . I am also a published author with Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul 2 and Preteens Talk, part of the NY Times best-selling series, published in over 32 languages and 100 countries. I have published with ProjectManagement. com run by PMI (Project Management Institute).

Positions served:

Served as a Literary Judge for Hunt District PTA- Reflections 2020 competition that covers Loudoun County, Clarke County, Frederick County, Warren County and Winchester City.
VP- Public Relations of the Dulles South Toastmaster's Club.
VP Fundraising of Eagle Ridge Middle School PTA
Previously the Editor, Secretary and Youth Liaison of KAGW, a non-profit organization based in the DC Metro area. Currently serving as a Virginia Mentor for the KAGW Youth Club.
